Mr. Chaim Gofen has been General Manager of CLP since 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Gofen served as a Brigadier General in the Israeli Air Force.

Mr. Avigdor Efrat has been at CLP since 1991. Prior to that, he was the Comptroller and Financial Manager of Gal Industries.

Mr. Amir Rise has been working at CLP since 2004.
Prior to joining CLP, he spent 9 years as a managerial advisor specializing in quality systems and TQM.
Amir holds a Management and Industry Engineering degree and he is a CQE Quality Engineer as well.

David Idan is an expert in polymers and coating technology, with over 17 years of experience in the coatings & polymers industry, David gained extensive industrial management experience serving as Development Team leader & Project Leader at Indigo Ltd., a digital printing company which is a division of the HP Group. After Indigo he served as Head of Coatings and Polymer Technology and filter development at Homflow ltd.
David holds an M.B.A. from the Bar Ilan University, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
